The most remarkable thing that CNS has done in his tenure is not done on the field or in recruiting. It's getting all those hundreds of rich blowhard donors and everyone in the AD to keep their mouth shut and do what he says. All boats rowing in the same direction. No questioning his hires or directives. And in return, you'll be rewarded with greatness never before accomplished.
Three layers under the surface there are hundreds of people dying to take credit and argue and offer "insight" and direction and advice and everything to climb to the top of notoriety. "This is my program!"
