I think fans could stomach players getting money when they didn’t know about. And they could act like their program was “clean” if they weren’t constantly in scandals. And the ”dirty” programs were ridiculed but their fans didn’t care, they just accepted it. Well now, all fans need to realize that for their team to be successful,their players will now be openly paid, and tbh, nothing has really changed. The best teams still get the best talent and have the best facilities. Even without NIL, Treveyon Henderson wasn’t going to UVA or NC State, just like CJ Stroud would’ve never ended up at Arizona orUCLA

If anyone continues to tilt at the “amateurism” windmill they are going to be frustrated.

Reminds me of Cowboys fans who think the NFL doesn't want them in a Super Bowl. Screwing your cash cow makes total sense. :lol:
