Where is

"I want my two dollars!!!" from Better Off Dead?

And there a dozen quotes in Full Metal Jacket that beat most of those.

I still die laughing every time I think of that kid going down that mountain demanding his two dollars. Thanks for the laugh, scooter.

Where are the Patton quotes? Like these:
