Yeah, it's not like I lived in GA and saw it for myself. Like at Warner Robins AFB where I saw about a thousand rebel flags on desks. Must have been to let each other know they were proud to be neighbors. Or maybe it was because there are damn Yankees everywherw on base and they didn't want them to think they had shit in common. :lol:

Look, I don't wear the union flag anywhere. Never in my life have I called anyone Johnny Reb.

It's like psu fans telling fans of CFB to move on. If the crazies on your side could be muted, it would already be over.

i'm not saying it doesn't exist.
just saying the numbers are far smaller than what the South's reputation would suggest.

and in the setting of an AFB, you can safely bet that at least some of those flags were used as nothing more than a way of fucking with the "Yankees everywhere"

nah, big difference here.

no one in the South denies that it happened.
i don't think anyone in the South thinks the institution of Slavery was right and needs to still be in existence.

It happened. A lot of lives were lost, half of the South was burned to the ground. everyone involved was punished in some way, shape or form.


but all of that was 150 years ago.
literally every single person that had any sort of involvement on either side is dead.

it's over
and I truly wish both sides would realize that.

Honestly I agree. You can tell no one wants slavery anymore. I mean Mississippi even recently ratified the 13th amendment. :lol:
