360 NCAA10 Movie dynasty (planning)

These are the "official" Heisman, 7 minute quarters sliders that are producing great and realistic scores.

Ive been testing these slider and have had some very realistic games.

7 min quarters

HUMAN/CPU

OFFENSE
QB ACCURACY 15/15 ( you can tell difference between frosh Tate forcier and colt mccoy...Tate Forcier 83 ovr has a hard time passing compared to colt mccoy 98 ovr)
PASS BLOCK 40/15 ( cpu still blocks good but this will get the human more of a rush sometimes)
WR CATCH 40/40(Separates good from elite, raise to 50 if too many drops)
RB ABILITY 50/50
RUN BLOCK 40/40

DEFENSE
PASS COVERAGE 45/35 (at human 35 I saw too many cbs getting unrealistically beaten)
PASS RUSH 75/75
INT 20/20
RUSH DEFENSE 25/50 (raised pass rush and this evens it out, still very capable of stopping the run)
TACKLE 45/45

SPECIAL TEAMS
FG POWER 45/30 (saw a 78 ovr kicker hit a 54 at 35 cpu)
FG ACCURACY 50/45
PUNT POWER 50/50
PUNT ACCURACY 50/60
KICK POWER 50/60

PENALTIES
*NOTE THAT THE HOLDING, FACEMASK, AND CLIPPING SLIDERS HAVE LITTLE EFFECT DUE TO THE AGGRESSIVE SETTING.

OFFSIDES 65
FALSE START 80
HOLDING 0 (tones down a little)
FACEMASK 0 (tones down a little)
OFF P.I. 60
DEF P.I. 100 (still not seen a lot at 100)
KR/PR 60
CLIPPING 0 (tones down a little)
INTEN. GROUND. 60
ROUGH. PASSER 50
ROUGH. KICKER 60

Game 1: Clemson (me) vs Maryland: 21 clemson, 19 maryland
Game 2: Michigan (me) vs oregon: me 16, oregon 31
Game 3: Texas (me) vs Ole miss: me 24, ole miss 3 (at halftime)

A few stadium notes...

Cu-csu would be perfect for kilpatrick, even have a bronco statue, but you just have to ignore the mile high label.

Esu can play in the eagles stadium, but the bottom walls are all patriotic army-navy stuff. Your call.

These sliders are meant for Heisman difficulty and to level the playing field a bit. There is no more Robo-QB, 34-35 passing days. There is a human pass rush (as well as a computer one so watch out). There are no more balloon 56-58 games. These sliders kept the elements of the computer that we like (intelligence and stick skills) but without the almost cheated feel we get when the computer takes over a game.

In two games I noticed a marked improvement:

Alabama vs Georgia (me) note: I forgot to update the rosters with names for this game.

BAMA:
QB #12: 18-26 313yards 3TD 1INT 69% 17.3 AVG (1 sack, adjusted sacks for next game)
HB #22: 26carries 112yards 4.3ypc
WR #82: 7cth 102yds 2TD

GEORGIA:

QB #14: 10-19 184yds 1TD 1INT 52% 18.4 sacked twice
HB #4: 28carries 132yards 4.7ypc 1TD
WR #8: 9cth 112yds 1 TD

FINAL SCORE 34-27 Bama wins

Game Two:
Michigan vs Notre Dame (me)

J. Clausen: 21-40 348 3TD 3INT 1 sack
A.Allen: 25carries 78yards 3.12 ypc :(
M. Floyd: 7cth 106yds 1TD
Tate: 3cth 75yds
Kamara: 5cth 60yds 1TD

T. Forcier: 19-27 260yds 0TD 1INT
B. Minor: 17carries 73yds 2TD
Hemingway: 5cth 84yds
Stonum: 5cth 90yds

MICH ND
16 1st Downs 20
331 Total Yds 434
4-10 3rd Down 5-13
3 Turnovers 3
4 Punts 4
12:49 TOP 15:10

Notre Dame(me) won 27-24
Play withem and let me know what you think!

I just got done trying to play a game against USC and their pass rush killed me. I could barely get a fake handoff in on play action passes before I was being sacked(I was using the above sliders), unless it was a PA that had a rollout. I had a good defensive rush for most of the game, but they always managed to zip the ball to a open receiver at the last second. I had a few good defensive drives towards the end of the second quarter and the start of the 3rd quarter where my pressure was affecting them(incompletions, a sack and a interception). Other than those drives, Aaron Corp was one fire.

I'm haven't played this game that much since I bought it(maybe finished two full games and a handful of partial games). So take my opinion for what it's worth. I probably just need to spend some more time playing some games.

Which slider set did you use? The originals or my adjusted ones?

And did you happen to take down the stats from the game?

USC is a badass team, they're gonna be hard no matter what sliders are on. I've had problems with Aaron Corp as well.

It was your second set of sliders. I didn't take down the stats because I got pissed and quit before the game was over! The game i played kind of reminded me of in years past when I bumped up to a new difficulty level. I would start the game off slow and then get settled in and start playing good. By the end of the 3rd quarter I guess the PC figured out my plans and adjusted and made me pay for it.

So the number 1 problem you'd say is the CPU pass rush is a little out of wack and there is still a little robo-qb going on? Was it a massively unbalanced game where Corp went like 42-45 or something crazy? Sorry for all the questions I'm just trying to get an idea of the adjustments I have to make.

I'm going to replay the game tonight when I get home from work (10pm Central). I'll let you know what I think after I play that game and maybe some others.

Do we have any idea on when we might get this thing started?

I don't know about you guys but I want to get it started ASAP. Its not like any of us play USC every game, so we can slowly tweak the sliders as we go.

I'm beating bama 29-14. I think your sliders are solid, I liked the official ones better, but I'm going to play with the same teams next with those sliders.

I'm 22-40 307 yds 2 yd 1 into
21 116 1 td rush. 47 on one rush tho.
Bama is 25-33 296 1 td 1 int
30 95 yds 0 yd

As far as starting, are we ok changing the sliders as we go inseason? We play enough good teams, at least the southern teams, and the big thing is many user games are in week 1. If you guys are ok adjusting on the fly, we can probably start tomorrow.

Springfield is done as far as I know. West canaan is about half done.
