so his buddy got whacked and the son got whacked/suicide?

we know the former, but not the latter.
Although it seems likely at this point.

edit...

from the TWOP writeup of 24: redemption

"We see Roger in the audience, while elsewhere his friend Chris, covered in plastic sheeting with a bloody smudge over his forehead, gets buried in wet cement by Felix and Oscar."

sorry i keep harping on this, but i'm pretty confused.

"We see Roger in the audience, while elsewhere his friend Chris, covered in plastic sheeting with a bloody smudge over his forehead, gets buried in wet cement by Felix and Oscar."

Who is felix and oscar? Roger is the son (who is now dead), and Chris is the broker who was in trouble for bad trading right?

yes. that is the case. note that this came from a television without pity write up of the episode. They tend to come up with their own names for characters as they see fit. (i.e. they called Mil "Soul Patch" )

Not what I had in mind for my 1,000th post here, I mean I was going to put in something freaking epic.

I refuse to watch a show where the protagonist condones torturing terrorists
:You are a very understanding and sympathetic person:biggrin2:. I turned to show off the first night when I saw Jack torturing someone. That is terrible for someone who loves the United States so much to torture someone who might do something terrible to our country:lol:

Now that I am done with that BS, our Commander-in-Chief in real life should go out and get more Jack Bauer's.

One thing's for certain. If the FBI is sending an HRT mission to recover somebody in order to prevent a war and/or avoid acts of domestic terrorism, you wouldn't want to have any satellite imagery or any airborne surveillance that could track a yellow van in case the bad guys manage to leave the place before the HRT gets there.

I have no idea how agent Walker won't suffocate to death

That part didn't bother me - I thought she'd only have to be under the dirt for a minute or two before the truck moves.

But maximum enjoyment of the show will apparently still require some suspension of disbelief.

I called it about the "First Man's" body guard being suspicious and was a part in his son's death. I just had that feeling. lol at that operator at the FBI who had an affair the night before with that blondie. Next weeks preview looks pretty good.

Other than that what happens when she runs back to the FBI and tells them Jack let her go. No way that doesn't make it through the mole
