Since the wife and daughter have been rescued they're starting to focus too much on their (Bauer and his wife) relationship. The daughter is starting to piss me off too. Why do shows do this, it's like they think they have to cater to what they think the woman viewer wants. The Sopranos made the same mistake. At least with the DVD's I can fast forward through the estrogen.

It gets better IMO. I think seasons 2,3,4,5ish were the best

Tow more episodes until season3 is watched. I still have to see season 2, it was checked out when I went to the library. I have to say that after the first two episodes I almost gave it up, I wasn't diggin' it but it got better. Another funny thing is I have the same name as one of the villains.

The best episodes of the show IMO are at the end of season 2.

Finished season 3, now watching season 5. So far it's pretty good but I liked Palmer much better than the idiot Don Knotts president, can't remember his name. So far one of my favorite 24 episodes is when they finally catch Saunders on season 3, that was a pretty intense.
