The show had really been on a roll this year. Until tonight.

Rudy/Samwise has Jack's gun pulled and wants to bring him back to CTU because Jack doesn't let the terrorists release all of the gas in the mall? Pretty thin.

And then when the wimpy President gets the call from the Russian terrorist, demanding the Russian President's route to the airport, he doesn't tell CTU - who could have suggested a fake motorcade in order to increase the chances of catching the terrorists and finding the gas? And he doesn't tell the Russian President face-to-face, he just lets him go in the motorcade, right after signing an anti-terrorist agreement with the guy? The U.S. President is simply far too wimpy and stupid to believe.

Jack and Chloe are still great, though.

So basically you can do whatever you want to America under this dipshit president, as long as you have his phone number. He pretty much does whatever the last person tells him to do, so just call him up and tell him he needs to nuke canada. He'll struggle with the decision for a while, so call him back and add an "or else" and he'll do it.

Here's the breakdown:

President Logan - sucks ass. Huge pussy. Needs to off himself.

Mrs. Logan - sucks ass. Mentally unstable. Needs to slit her wrists.

Rudy/Samwise - sucks ass. May be on crack, just like his sister. Needs to dip his head in boiling acid.

Curtis - has no balls. Judging by the preview, he may grow a pair, however, so he shouldn't inflict any physical harm on himself for atleast another "hour".

Audrey - doing great work. Really improved from last season. Should avoid inflicting pain on herself so she isn't marred when Jack wants a piece.

Bill Buchanon - see Audrey above. Needs to snap on Rudy and hammerdrive him through a glass wall.

Chloe - emotionally unstable. Secretly wishes she could give Jack a hummer, and therefore does everything he asks. This is useful, so she should also avoid hurting herself.

Jack - he needs to off everyone who deserves it but is too pussy to do it themselves (see President, his wife, and Rudy the Hobbit). In order to make this interesting, however, he needs to do it blindfolded and while holding a hot coal in his right hand.


I know a lot of the technological junk is unbelievable on this show, but to me it is even more unbelievable that the people in power are actually in power. Give me a break. No way does Logan get elected, and even if he did, no way would his wife be included in top secret national defense conversations. No way does some young schmuck like the Hobbit have a higher rank than Buchanon...if you remember, Buchanon came from Division last year, just like the Hobbit did this year. Those people suck, and I hate them.

I love how the president and his aides openly talk about situations like killing off the russian president....then the stupid bitch wife overhears and she acts like she's the mom and the president is the 10 year old kid who broke the neighbors window.

10 year old president (to buddy): tee hee....we're gonna get him good.
bitch wife/mom: who are you going to get good?
10 year old president: nobody mom, honest!
bitch wife/mom: President Theodore Logan you tell me right this instant.
10 year old president: Awwww shucks, OK.

A simple stress reliever for when Logan is on the screen --

Just take the tune of the "Charge" cheer at baseball games ...
To which you sing "Wuss, wuss, wuss, wuss, wuss, ... " whenever Logan is on screen.

J Bizzle knocked out Curtis after Samwise told him to bring him in for defying a direct order. Jack follows up a lead forwarded to him by Audrey without CTU's knowledge. He is trying to meet up with the guy (Nathanson) responsible for the whole palmer assasination, airport hostage, frame J. Bizzle for murder scheme. As JB meets up with him, the Russians find him as well. Jack takes out a helicopter with his 9mm and kills about 6 people total. unfortunately Nathanson gets killed before he can say anything. JB gets a disk out of dead guys pocket which luckily is the same type that fits into his phone/palm pilot/bomb detonator/encrypted wireless thingamojobby. He forwards the contents of the disk to Audrey/Chloe who are working behind the seens to help him out. Chloe then sends topless photo of herself back to Jack then starts to talk dirty back to her. Audrey and Chloe start making out and then I wake up from my dream abruptly when gun shots ring out as Jack kills someone else.

that about covers the first 30 minutes...

True, but they've mentioned it's been three years since the last season (that's how long Jack has been "dead"), so there is a 75% chance that there has been an election since.

Additionally, if they can initiate a "vote of no confidence" in Palmer, like they did two seasons ago, then Logan would already be gone. Further, if I recall last season correctly, the President did not die when Air Force One crashed, he was merely incapacitated for that day. One would then be led to believe that either (A) he did eventually die, which to my knowledge was never mentioned, or (B) Logan ran for President in the next election and won.

I just watched it again over lunch. Logan has to be working with the terrorists. There is no way he is that incompetent.


And why the hell does he always cock his head to the side, pop his mouth open, and bug out his eyes whenever he's talking? That bugs the hell out of me.

I am a diehard fan....but Logan needs to catch a bullet soon. Anybody know the exact body count in this series so far? I would be interested in that.....

The first lady needs to have a psyche eval. Rudy is totally losing it, its only a matter of time before he is relieved.

Next episode we get to see the man responsible for bringing Jack to CTU.....should be interesting.
