You see, here's your problem. That is a very rational statement that is most likely true.
The Lunatic Fringe however doesn't deal in "rational".

OL did really well against Illinois both running and passing. No sacks.
The Jackson's combined for 125 yds at 5.2 ypc
Is Julian and Jeremiah the best pitcher / catcher combo we have seen at THEE?

Also, kudos to Nate Roberts who continues to developed into a nice TE. Yesterday he had four receptions. For the year he has 8 receptions and 1TD, averaging 10.4 ypr.

Here's a little more in thorough of an explanation of what Zach Boren said ("Said if Bo isn’t going to make people miss, go with Jakobi bc he’s bringing the power on his runs."):

Our church has no bells.
I'm inclined to think that Bo Jackson last year was more about the backs who started the year in front of him than about him. We didn't and don't have an RB1 at the level we should. That's both a recruiting and development issue. Have to at least consider whether Locklyn is all bluster at this point.

tOSU missed by not going after Cam Edwards in the portal and I mentioned at the time I didn't see an elite RB on this roster.
I will say, Bo is about as talented as they come in terms of catching the ball out of the backfield. Even prior to his one-handed catch against Illinois, he's proven extremely reliable when it comes to making catches on swing passes, screens, etc. So props on that.....and 1 reason it makes sense to play him over Jakobi.....it doesn't tip off run or pass.

The offense - and I say this collectively from Coach Day to Coach Smith to Julian and Jeremiah (captains) - need to operate with the urgency and efficiency like they need to score 35 points/game this year.
And that may mean doing what they did vs. Illinois scoring on 6 out of only 8 drives they got.
I’m not sure this defense gives much margin for error like last year. You can’t have many throw away plays or missed assignments/reads. And for Julian that means using your feet like he did to keep the chain moving.
Defense was discouraging on Saturday but the offense gave me some hope. Day and Co will need that and more.
