Since the article is somewhat politically based, I won't post a link or any other quotes. However, this description of Portnoy, I think, we can all agree upon.

You don’t have a choice when it comes to Portnoy. He’s here, he’s barely 5’10”, he’s threatening to run for office, and his lips look as if they’ve been permanently sunburned at Burning Man. Get used to it. Publishing a book is a natural next step for a figure as basely detestable as Portnoy

Paige Shiver, the former Michigan football staffer who was involved in an affair with former head coach Sherrone Moore, has filed a lawsuit against the university, according to a report from the Detroit Free Press.

The lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday, claims Michigan is withholding records related to a multimillion-dollar investigation into the scandal.

The lawsuit accuses the university of violating the Michigan Freedom of Information Act. It cites numerous FOIA requests made by Shiver and her representation — ranging from documents related to the investigation of Moore to emails between Moore and Michigan AD Warde Manuel in which keywords “affair, discipline, pregnancy, baby, abortion” were mentioned.
