They won't announce that a mistake was made.
Also, were any bets paid out that would be different if WMU wins the game? Probably. I know the cheaters didn't cover, so if you took WMU plus the points, you won. But if you picked WMU straight up, you lost your money. If you picked the cheaters straight up, you already got your money. Can the gamblers get their money back?
The reason I ask is we know that the gamblers have a seat in the room. They may be sitting against the back, not talking in the open. But they're there. And they wanted the cheaters to win.
Not saying they were talking to the refs. But they're present for the meetings where it SHOULD come out that the refs made the mistake.
But that announcement will never be made.

I agree with every word you just said, except I believe that the outcome will not be changed.
I hope I'm eating crow in 24 hours. Or 48 hours. Or 60 or 72 hours.
I hope it's terrible. But it'll be delicious.
But they will not change the outcome. The cheaters won.

If you need a hail Mary to bear Wester tsun, then your program has MAJOR problems if you expect them to compete for an NC. Or even make the CFP.

I know its just one game, but that was BAD football. Like Brady cHoke, RichRod days. Whittingham seems like his hands are tied over Underwood, and this 1sec on the clock, hail Mary BS will give him a legendary moment in scUM history and that will overshadow the fact not only should they have lost, they were getting beat up and down the field by a MAC team. Oklahoma can beat them to a pulp... and im here for it
