For years, Deace was something of a voice of reason in the dfbia. He got banned from GoBlow because he was critical of DickRod and Hoke. And up until 2020, he was very much of the opinion that they just weren't an elite program and was admitting that Simple Jim was an overrated coach. Hell, he was openly calling for his head in 2020. Then 2021-23 happened and he became a true believer. How somebody who spent years witnessing and commenting on the mediocrity couldn't fathom that maybe, just maybe the sudden jump to elite status could be ill-gotten is beyond me. He also checked out as a fan a few years ago, whining on his podcast that he couldn’t watch their games any more. That was just before the cheating started.

I haven’t watched any of his crap since then.
