Is Petiti really calling for less penalties on this. Saw a title on an ESPN link and I don’t know if that’s real or click bait?

Bit of both. The letter was read during the COI meeting in June.....so he sent it before then. The fact it's coming out now is click bait-y. It also tells me it will have minimal impact on the penalties, because the 11w guys and their sources have been saying things like 'UM is preparing for record correcting rear facing sanctions' recently.....which would be AFTER this letter was apparently sent.

But fuck Petiti anyways. Spineless pussy.

It's possible that Pettitis' letter is just telling the COI to not add anything to TCUN's punishments already outlined in the NOA as well.

I guarantee you he's seen it. He knows what's coming for TCUN.
