Yup. If it was just poor play calling I'd feel a lot better but not a whole lot of plays work when your OL is getting demolished nearly every passing down. Sayin looks shook although he seemed to come out of it during the two minute drill. I feel like that 49 yarder was Fielding's last shot and now he's going to the bench.
Shockingly though I feel like the OL has been decent in the run game. The run yardage feels skewed by the fact that Sayin was sacked like 4 times and we didn't run the ball all that much.

Offense has been sleep walking since UM. These are the games that make me question Day and the teams prep. He is an offensive coach. This should be his expertise showing in getting the team ready for this game. We should be ready for the pressure and have plays ready to beat it and keep Julian clean.

They really weren’t. The myth of always having a great kicker under Tressel is revisionist history. Nugent was good. The others were all mediocre.

Punting was excellent and Ginn was obviously a game-changer.

Yeah I think it’s more people seeing NFL kicking at an all time high with a handful of college kickers hitting some bombs. Has convinced people that they’re much worse than they used to be.
