I'm not sure how they were caught. I'm guessing they were doing something really dumb to get caught.
I mean... how hard is it to put a guy in the stands with a small recording device to watch the sidelines? Other than price of a ticket, it's probably easy. Have the guy buy his own ticket, use your vacuum business to reimburse him. Where is the line back to M*ch*gan? Oh - you work for M*ch*gan? DUMBASS!!

I would be shocked if this isn't happening more places, and M*ch*gan was just the dumbass who dumbassed themselves into getting caught.
I don't think what they did was "incredible" or "innovative."

The most likely scenario is that there was something on Weiss' laptop that that, since the FBI was involved and campus PD couldn't bury it, was turned over to the NCAA.

He was already ON the committee, they made him the fucking chairman! That also means it's pretty much assured that TCUN won't get rid of him now like the DFBIA wants. He's about to give St.Bill Martin a run for his money!
