*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

Harbaugh not really caring much about Michigan other than what Michigan could do for his own benefit is completely obvious to everyone outside of the DFBIA.

A revenge 40 years in the making going back that bitter day when the coaches walked him right past the history department building and dropped him off at the communications department.

The bad karma they’ve been collecting since bitching out of the 2020 games seems to finally be coming home to roost.

Let it all burn to the ground, they’ve earned it.

Yep, there's always the chance Moore works out, but I feel like this is where the Karma gets them because you can never count on the NCAA having any testicular fortitude. Harbaugh raiding all good coaches and leaving him all on his own makes it a way bigger uphill climb. There's enough left player wise to probably grind out enough wins where they arent calling for his head already after 2024, 2025 is the real fall from grace though, when all those leftovers from the title team are gone things get ugly.

Geez getting left with a bare cupboard… love to see it.

Only way this gets better is if kids transfer out
. I’m really hoping a few leave to make this upcoming season a train wreck sort of year.

I think they are going to get hit a decent amount in the spring portal window. The main returners will likely stay put but they are gonna take some losses that will effect them in 2025 and beyond.

To be fair, Jimbo did talk of a pipeline between the Chargers and tcun. Of course, he didn’t state that the pipeline only ran one direction.

He's got it easy. He just says what he knows they want to hear because he knows they will believe it without question even when hes proven to be a liar time and time again.

To me, the case of the Cheaters Up North Towards Saginaw is unique

Never in NCAA history has so much evidence been compiled so quickly

Never has the evidence been as incontrovertible

In a just world, those things would matter
Whether they matter in the world we’ve got remains to be seen

IIRC, the NCAA delivered the NOA on 5 January
IIRC the CUNTS have 90 days to answer
By my count, 90 days is April 4th
IIRC the spring transfer portal is open from tax day until the end of the month

Would it be unprecedented for the ncaa to respond in 3 weeks?

Yes

But the amount of evidence is unprecedented
The speed with which it was compiled is unprecedented
The level of fuquerie is unprecedented

Most importantly, the incontrovertible nature of a significant portion of the evidence is unprecedented

That last bit is key, because the ncaa will have had (more than) 90 days to look at the evidence and say, “Given what we KNOW (emphasis theirs, from the NOA), is there any claim the respondent can make to sway a just ruling?”

Given what we know the answer of that question to be, the only proper means of dealing with the response is a woodchipper.

Given certain practical considerations, that won’t happen, but perusal of the response with unprecedented speed is not only justified, it is a moral imperative.

And EVEN IF the NCAA takes too long (shouldn’t happen but will) for the spring window to still be open, there remains the possibility that Cheater von Crybaby gets a Show Cause, and that pops open the portal for 30 days anyway

Didn't I read previously about tcun using NIL last year to go hard after players (Corum comes to mind) to keep them at tsun instead of them declaring for the draft? That sure seems like "inducement" to me. Of course, my degree isn't from that fine institution in Ann Arbor (is a whore) like Warde's is so maybe I don't have as good of a grasp of the English language as he does.
Why yes, yes they did the self righteous hypocritical pricks. They have an NIL fund set up just for that purpose.

The NOA they received earlier this month wasn't for the "cheating" scandal. It was the official NOA for the "Burgergate" recruiting violations that they got a draft proposal for in August and TCUN self imposed the 3 game suspension at the beginning of the season trying to appease the NCAA. We're still waiting to see what the NCAA will do with the "signgate" issues.

I think it’s bad either way that we have to say “oh that’s the other NOA”.

I screamed to no one (and annoyed everyone here) that TCUN should have had their season ended last October. I still fully believe that.

All those 44 seniors don’t care anymore, their entire staff is gone, and more will probably leave TCUN too before they get punished.

It sucks they have the YouTube clips and the memories but this will almost do if they’re literally not competitive for the foreseeable future.

I hope the 4-6 good players they have leave to ensure the complete dismantling of their program. Then I hope it’s all vacated and taken away with the bowl bans etc
