*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

I think everybody sees it except for Herbstreit.
Throw Joel Klatt in there with Herbstreit.
Klatt and Johnson were shocked at Texas's domination in that game, giving more credit to Texas than discredit to *ichigan.
To paraphrase I think Klatt said something like, "We know how good *ichigan is, but we had no idea that Texas is this good."

Need Arky State to throw a scare into them and then USC to roll in there with a plunger. I think they'll lose to USC, Washington, Sparty, Oregon and Ohio State and end up 6-6. It might get so bad that Ono is too embarrassed to shower with the team. Then, they'll be so tone-deaf and arrogant as to try and self-impose for this year and just piss off the infractions committee even more.

Joel Klatt and Pate are the biggest peddlers by far.

Lost all respect for both of them.

To think their operation didn’t affect games is truly inexcusable.
I think it's psychological with a lot of them. Their entire lives since childhood have been wrapped around the foosball, and many if not most just can't conceive on a basic level that the on-field product had been turned into Wrestlemania by Harbaugh.

Arky State is a middle of the road Sun Belt team. They're coached by Butch Jones, which should tell you a lot. I'd say scUM should roll them, but given their QB situation, who the hell knows. I can tell you this for certain, if they somehow do win handily, you can bet your life savings the DFBIA will be peacocking saying they've "turned the corner" and will be in the hunt for a playoff spot. Then by the grace of god, USC will plunger them and send them into a deep pit of despair.

That offense I think will keep any opponent in the game.

It seems clear that the narrative from on high is 'treat it as legitimate, right up until it is impossible to do so.'

Hell, I'll bet they keep this up even if it's stripped. That kind of defiant, "we're the victims" crap is right up their alley. BTW, did we do something this garish after 2002 or 2014 or did we just hang the year up inside the stadium next to the rest of them?

The offense is bad enough to keep them from rolling anyone.

Fucking Sacramento state put up 30 points and 469 yards on the Fresno defense that Michigan struggled to do anything against in week 1.

I expect a similar game to the Fresno game. The G5 school will likely have some wtf moments where they piss themselves in the big outhouse and make the score look worse than it actually was.

Wait…I get to say “Butchie T. Clown” again??

I didn’t see much of the second half. The defense looked good to me given that the offense turned the ball over twice and a short punt gave Texas three medium to short drives. By the end of the second quarter , Michigan’s defense was gassed. Edwards looked capable until Texas realized Michigan couldn’t pass. Personally,I think Texas defense is mediocre. Still in the Big 12.

I don't know - they looked just as "gassed" during Texas's first drive as they did midway through the 2nd quarter. I think the only thing they did of note was force a field goal after a long drive (which would have been blocked had the field goal been on line). But they were getting pushed off the line from the second drive on.

Edit - But the defense was their strong point. Their offense was nothing. The only reason they got their touchdown was because Texas was in a modified "prevent" defense in the fourth quarter.
