*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

If the NOA was a nothing burger that portends minimal penalties and the evidence shown was little or nothing, we'd already have it because they would have leaked it to their press flunkies within hours.
And they would have already handled a settlement by self-imposing. There is nothing, *nothing*, that indicates this is a "nothing burger." If it was so small time, their blogosphere, useful idiots in the press, etc. would all be leaking it furiously. Instead, aside from Balas, everyone is avoiding the talk because they don't want to rain shit all over the mental midgit DFBIA. Hell, their biggest blog, _goBlog, hasn't even addressed it at all. It's as if it doesn't even exist over there and any discussion on their board is immediately nuked. Everything, *everything*, is indicating they are just trying to put off an enormous shit storm for as long as possible.

I'm guessing they drag it into November and then ask for an extension. Only problem is that the extensions are granted for schools that are engaged in good faith negotiations on sanctions. I just don't see Ono and that Board as entering into good faith negotiations.

A lot of this depends on their season. If Texas and USC hang a couple of bad beatings on them, I'm sure they'll try and write off this season with some lame offer to self impose: fines, 1 year bowl ban for this season and a suspension for Moore.

Oh, they're gonna pull out all the stops. They know they're proper fucked, now they're just trying to put off the inevitable for as long as possible. They want to get through this season unscathed because it's the last one they're going to have for a long time, and they know once everything is out in the public eye, their previous 3 seasons will officially be ashes and they will be pegged as one of, if not THE the worst offenders in the history of an already seedy sport.

Ballsack continues to act like scUM are the ones in charge of the investigation and the NCAA are just sitting and agreeing to everything because they said so

They were doing a crossover on the Texas board for questions about the Texas/scUM game. Ballsack claimed "Nobody even cares about that anymore except Ohio State fans" in RE: The cheating scandal which proceeded in him and his goons getting grilled by floods of questions/insults/"you are cheaters" comments about it from Texas fans.

I am confused. Has the NOA leaked? I haven't seen it, and a few scUM fans on twitter have implied they know what is in the letter, but when pressed, admit they haven't seen it.

Also, I note he now says "probably no hammering" I thought before it was 100% no hammering.

Bits of the draft were leaked in July. The official NOA hasn't leaked yet. It hasn't leaked yet because the people that have it do not want it to get out...because it's...you know...not good for them.

The sunshine squad always leaves things open ended and not absolute that way they can walk it back and say "well I never said for sure" when they are proven (usually) to be wrong.

I understand that this NOA is under tight wraps as we're only getting stuff second hand at this point, but it needs to hurry up and get out so we can see how the scUM press and the DFBIA react when confronted with formal confirmation/evidence of their dirty deeds. I'm owed 3 years worth of schadenfreude and I want it on an IV-drip.
I have to believe that the NCAA is completely fed up with tcun and Ono at this point. If their season self-destructs, they'll try and impose some weak penalties (no post season other than this one), and the NCAA will say, "fuck you pay me" when the 90 day window is up.

If it looks like they have a shot at the playoff, they'll drag it out until mid-November, ask for extensions, threaten to sue, make a public media battle out of it, and the NCAA will say, "fuck you pay me."

If they get blown out this weekend (I use "if" loosely, they're gonna get housed), the fanbase will start getting restless. Add in another couple of losses and it'll be a powder keg. They're still on the high from their ill-gotten trophies right now, while in full denial of the storm brewing around them, but as soon as the product on the field goes back to resembling what it was before they started cheating, I expect the dam will burst.

I don't see any hope for that offense. Their defense will get them wins over bottom feeders, but they'll have big losses to tejas, USC, Oregon and (damn well better be) Ohio State and and then throw in an upset loss to a team they're expected to beat. 7-5 at best.

Could getting blown out actually trigger them leaking the NOA themselves?

You gotta think dUMb here to guess how they would act. It's a stupid move, but in their minds they would probably think can further their fake victimhood and claim the "Unfair NCAA lashing out at them" is derailing their season
