*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

So according to PD's latest, scum administration knew about all of this no later than January '23: not only did they not notify the ncaa, they allowed the cheating to continue into the '23 season, knowing this was all going to come out. It was a calculated strategy to dodge, duck, dive deny deny deny - hope like hell you can win a natty before the house of cards falls, and then deal with the fallout. Death Penalty.
The term "willfully" keeps popping into my head. It appears that from at least January 2023 on, a number of people (potentially including president Oh No!) knew about the cheating and took actions that enabled the coaching staff to continue to willfully violate NCAA rules. Whether these people are merely accomplices or rise to the level of conspirators, I don't know. But this seems really bad.

Yep. Yoko arrived on the scene in October '22. Yoko's three most important priorities as a university President are the approval of the football players, the coaches and the fanbase...in that order. Unfortunately, their institutional arrogance and obsession with public relations won't allow them to straight up shitcan that clown like he deserves. They'll quietly tell him to look for another job and then attempt to gracefully part ways with him 6 or 8 months after the sanctions are announced so as to try and disguise the fact that the university President was the biggest, most enabling jock-sniffer of them all. One thing of which I'm sure is that he's absolutely toxic for any AAU type job in the future.

FBI shows up to start digging through a football coordinator's laptop; you damn well know the university President was made aware of exactly what was going on. If not, then what's he there for? To give Corum hugs after practice?

The thought of scUM marching into negotiations and acting like they are going to call all of the shots while the NCAA sits their with the receipts in hand while scUM is rambling about how they arent going to accept any punishment other than a small slap on the wrist and maybe some fines while being given immunity from any further investigations is hilarious because you know that's probably indeed how things have actually gone so far with that.

I'd be shocked if that's not exactly what is happening.

Balas and the other sunshine pumpers are legit acting like it's scUM who's in charge dictating the negotiations and calling the shots, not the NCAA     the crash and burn once all the goods are out in the open for all to see is going to be a glorious sight.
The NCAA has TCUN in an unbreakable choke hold and the outside world is just waiting for the inevitable tap out or pass out. Either will be a glorious victory.

Again, if the university President wasn't brought into the loop here, that in and of itself should constitute LOIC. If he was and nothing was publicly dealt with, that in and of itself should constitute LOIC.

Holy crap

Bro was fapping to stolen nudes in the office

I'd guess it's going to be a pass out. If this was a "nothing burger" and they were going to be able to negotiate a light slap on the wrist it woulda happened already. They are in the phase right now where they are desperately going to try to win in the court of public opinion and hope that sways the NCAA, which is not going to work.

Preliminary (at least) confirmation of Ord’s theory about the investigation being brought by sports books (3rd pic)

I tend to agree. "Aleta Lata Est" = The die has been cast. For TCUN they've reached the point of no return.
