*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

They've been completely non compliant this whole time, it would be the biggest joke the NCAA has ever laid out if they allow scUM to get away with self imposing a relative softball compared to what the NCAA should do to them at the last minute to avoid just that.
Oh I think they’ll get a lot more… but I think if the postseason is off the table they’ll try to self impose to hopefully not get extra years of no post season play

I think the ncaa says three year postseason ban, cunts counter two after a couple bad losses, and I fear the ncaa will accept.
It'd be worth a try. I know Ohio State didn't self-impose a post-season ban in 2011, but I think they should have. The NCAA might have said that that's enough, and no more post-season ban was required. I think the NCAA was likely to take 2012 away from Ohio State, regardless, but it was certainly worth an attempt. If the NCAA wants *ichigan to have a 3-year ban, *ichigan should probably give up a year when they don't think they're giving up that much.

If it's a 2 year ban starting for the 2025 season I'd be ok with it.

If it starts in 2024 it's weak though, especially if a decision comes in like November and scUM is 8-4 with no shot at the playoff.

If I recall correctly, the COI said it wouldn't have made any difference if OSU self imposed a bowl ban after the 2011 season. They were going to impose one for 2012 either way.

:lol::lol::lol: Yes Chris, the guy who is so hysterically obsessed with Michigan football so much that he created a manifesto and developed this whole scheme is definitely a reliable source when he says "nobody but me knew"

The tone is definitely changing though, lead sunshine pumper has gone from laughing everything off and calling any bad info "Ohio State created conspiracies" to now "not really knowing" and putting his faith in Connor Stallions. Lol! Seems like Balas' is setting up his excuse "Stallions lied this whole time I didn't ever lie to you guys!"

Latest from Chris Balas:

I have received dozens of emails texts etc from people claiming to be in the know. I have no idea what's real what's not, so I clearly tend to believe those who I have known a long time. There have been many denials obviously.

The one with alleged "damning information" has posted on this site and has an account. I plugged their email address into spokeo and it was linked to a former disgruntled wolverine. Which is very disappointing. So, it would be hard to know if what they are saying is true. I tend to believe it isn't. And I know some of it isn't. Connor has always maintained nobody else knew, and that he didn't knowingly break any rules.

So ... That's where I am.

I think a lot of you just need to finish your wet dream, wake up, be ashamed of yourself, clean up your mess, and move on with your day.

Nothing is going to happen to those cheaters. Ever.
Wet dream? Bro I’m walking around like Chucky from ‘Sons of Anarchy’ around the house. Wife walks in and knows I’ve been on BP reading this thread…

He didn’t knowingly break rules?

He was on sidelines disguised and was sending people in his place with slush money. Then oh let’s not forget about deleting information and taking hard drives home. Then giving game plans to interns before he left. But yes totally didn’t fucking know he was breaking rules.

No one else knew? Just shut the fuck up. Even let’s say no one knew the means of the information. They answer for Connor’s conduct point blank. There’s NCAA rules for the whole “I didn’t know” bull shit.

God I hate the TCUN fan base and their inability to just comprehend this situation.

It takes world class mental gymnastics to twist it that nobody on the coaching staff coulda really known what Stallions was doing. To even get close to that thought you have to believe that high level college coaches just decided it was a good idea to take unsolicited actual game plan advice from a low level staffer without knowing how he obtained his knowledge. Which of course is a completely ridiculous premise.

They basically want everyone to believe that Stallions just knocked on Harbaugh's door one day, handed him binders on all the opponents and Harbaugh said "oh thanks we will use this" without asking any questions.

He rode the coattails of what Nancy Zimpher built
This...and shamelessly took credit for it. He made a bunch of grandiose promises (AAU membership, Comprehensive Cancer Center status, co-flagship status, P5 membership) and delivered on absolutely nothing. He gave a bunch of interviews demanding "multiple flagships" which even the Other State University Presidents wouldn't get on board with because they knew it was all completely self-serving. The only thing that resulted was Kasich coming out an publicly humiliating him. After an AAU vote, he was caught telling Cincy business and political leaders that UC wasn't invited because Ohio State organized the other B1G schools to blackball them. The only thing he accomplished at UC was building his ridiculous cult of personality.

The thing that's often overlooked here is they may end up having to fire Moore after all of this, what a disaster that would be having to can the coaching you just hired. I don't think Moore was going to be some great coach but having to start over again before he even really got started and with likely NCAA sanctions coming down as well, they are going to really be hard pressed to find anyone capable to take over the program.
And if there is in fact some looming FBI investigation that could reveal more violations to be punished, would anyone want to step into that?

Nobody with any real high aspirations for the future. They'd pretty much have to take a stab at some lower level assistant who doesn't get drug down by all of this or some random G5/FCS coordinator or position coach who might be willing to take the risk.

A multi year postseason ban + multiple years of recruiting and scholarship restrictions, along with the stink that is going to be rising overall from a program that just got busted digitally stealing teams practice footage. nobody is going to touch that.
