It should. The repeat offenders label should absolutely cook them. Hell, they spun up and executed this unprecedented cheating racket WHILE under investigation for another scandal. They are the dirtiest program of the modern era.

And they were the dirtiest program of the Fielding Yost era too, so I guess they dominate throughout the history of the sport, in their own way

I didn't know they were dirty when Fielding Yost was there.

I mean, it's not like they were being asked by the Big Ten to stop cheating, and they refused, so they left the Big Ten, at one point. Right?

They lost once to Notre Dame, so Yost went scorched earth trying to ruin their reputation, saying that ND played ineligible players and essentially politicked to get the conference to refuse them membership...but it turned out Michigan was playing ineligible players. Yost convinced teams to just not schedule Notre Dame, trying to ruin their program.

So Notre Dame was forced to stay independent and schedule games all over the country. Because of this (and Catholicism) they gained a massive nationwide fanbase, had a nationwide recruiting territory and became a force to be reckoned with.

Lots of Ohio State fans hate Notre Dame. But for me they're my #2 team simply because they made Yost look like an idiot and their seething hatred for Michigan.

I would love for the NCAA to turn up so much dirt on UM that they get booted from the conference and ND accepts an invite to take their place.

What do I want most? Vacations of wins? Forfeits? Scholarship Reductions? Post Season Bans? Show Clauses? Or, Lack of Institutional Control?

I am thinking Lack of Institutional Control as it is the widest sweeping penalty, as I understand them.

LOIC is a finding. It is a higher level than Failure to Monitor (which the CUNTS are trying to cop to) and carries higher penalties. It is not, in itself, a penalty. If they find you to be guilty of LOIC, then they level penalties against you that SHOULD BE (but seldom are) commensurate with that
