*2024 tCun Shenanigans, Arguments, Cobras, Feckless Marmots, Fake Pandas, Dirty Cheaters

Never underestimate someone having an unlimited budget and the ego to match trying his hand at a certain loser.
That's why I think there's a 50-50 chance that he sues. His ego is all consuming, and he has fuck you money. He's a stubborn narcissist who completely believes that he's 100% in the right. He is the embodiment of the stereotype of the dumb guy who thinks he's the smartest in the room. Unless he finds some high quality lawyers who are willing to act as true counselors to their client and explain the ramifications of discovery and sworn testimony, he just might be dumb enough to do it.

The posts in that thread keep getting more and more gold. Harbaugh's non compliance is well documented, but PLEASE sue so more shit about shady doings at scUM under Harbaugh can come to light once people getting to digging more.
Christ. He got hit with a "penalty" that is completely meaningless, and they are throwing an absolute fit. Imagine if a McDonald's in Brazil emailed you and told you that you were banned......and then contacting your lawyers to sue them for this cApRiCiOuS aNd MaLeVoLeNt action. What a bunch of wankers.

Unethical content, refusing to cooperate and outright lying. No way they didn't do exactly the same, but probably worse with the Stallions investigation.

So, take all that harsh language and now apply it in repeat offender status to the current, much more serious investigation. These clowns have now taken a place up on the mantel next to 1980s Oklahoma, Duh U/Nevin Shapiro and 2000s USC in general scumbaggery as amongst the dirtiest programs in cfb history. Won't knock them off their false sense of moral superiority, which will make the hypocrisy sooooo much more funny.
I get not wanting to "punish players who did nothing wrong" but whats going on at scUM is clearly a wide spread institutional issue.
CFB essentially free agency at this point. They can go elsewhere at any time.

Harbaugh was suspended twice during the 2023 season for a total of six games, plus a one-year suspension recruiting violations .... that's a grand total of at least 18 games. And that doesn't even include any future suspensions for the espionage scandal. Quite an impressive résumé.
He's right up there with Barry Switzer, Jackie Sherrill, etc in CFB treachery. Impressive.
I want to believe that his "I do not apologize" comments got him the lengthy show-cause. I hope he realizes (I know he doesn't) that his comments either mean he's lying or he actually is telling the truth and it's admitting to LOIC.
He knew what was coming. That's just the tard being indignant. He's a branded scumbag now.
I have a shocking revelation...

They are so fixated on the cheeseburgers as the reason for the show-cause while overlooking that the penalties are from the deceit and/or stonewalling the investigation are why there are step penalties. Also, they are missing that the penalties are in principle (because tcun has none), not because the NCAA is trying to act tough or that they think he's going to return. It's a message saying that he's not welcome in the NCAA for at least four years.
Dumbest. Fanbase. In. America.
