Can you elaborate on this as I don't quite follow. It must be because I only did OSU for grad school;-)

Yeah Balas is basically saying he expects a statement later saying Michigan is pulling their TRO and will hope Harbaugh can coach in the BIG Championship game if they make it “sounds like Michigan had a settlement offer last weekend and didn’t take it and now that offer is off the table “ Michigan will most likely lose the TRO hearing in court according to what Balas is hearing

Rejecting a settlement offer twice in the same year only to make the punishment worse is indescribable levels of arrogance, hubris and stupidity. All while claiming you should be America’s team because you’re facing adversity.

Btw I’ve seen a lot about their games being tainted. That’s part of their desire to play this season I think.

They should’ve been shut down weeks ago. But now they have the ability to say “see I told you we didn’t need it”.

We better not lose to these assholes or that’s what they’ll say.

Frankly, I agree they didn’t need to this year. They’re a good team with a terrible schedule. In 2021 and 2022? They really needed it vs the better teams they played.
