Hey, I had a thought...

Can we run a DSA on pre Wyld Pony Michigan vs With him....

Then wildly extrapolate how much better they are, and them even more wildly imply that they are now X better against the spread and a Y moneyline favorite against themselves.... if you're like "AKAK that's not the point" my response is, I think it would be fun tabloid stuff...

Possible home page "Look at how much these cheaters cheated" kinda thing.

Just a thought.

that will take awhile. Probably won’t be done until after the CCG

Laundering would have to be involved here because there’s no way they want the source of the money to be revealed.

None of the money is probably illicit though so it technically wouldn’t be “money laundering” but they’d no doubt want to conceal the original source.

I’m unsure if betting on games you’re involved with is against the law? Probably the main issue is how the money is being moved through businesses and being reported as revenue.

What I'm seeing, and this is among sportswriters and broadcasters that aren't pro-Michigan, is that there is a psychological resistance to addressing the 800lb gorilla in the room. And that is that the actual games are tainted. They just want to look away and pretend that everything that happened after the whistle blew was pristine and uncompromised. This morning on Sirius, some guy said that tsun could stumble because of "distractions" but apparently never considered that they could stumble because Stalions is not coach-whispering into the ears of the OC and DC with his laminated sign sheets.

Hell, yeah, the games are tainted. Even the games when Stalions isn't on the field are tainted. M*ch*gan still has the notebooks, the film, the everything. It's still there. When he left, did he say, "Give me all my shit!!!"? I'm sure he didn't. So all these other teams have a choice: keep your existing signs and risk M*ch*gan using these notebooks to have someone else decipher their signs on game day, or change your signs. College players aren't NFL players. There is a maximum amount of time they have to spend on football a week. They can't just change the signs and be back to 100% for practice that day. It's going to take time out of their schedules to change signs. And that's time they aren't spending practicing. That's time they aren't spending learning M*ch*gan's formations and plays.
That's why I wanted M*ch*gan to get their post-season ban starting this year.

USC -48%

Ohio State - 50%

Alabama - 52%

Georgia - 56%

to the deon sanders, rich eisens, Joel klatts of the world who question how much advantage advanced scouting is…I’d say 20-25%. That’s a finite number they can digest
Their ability to cover the spread against conference (scouted) opponents versus non-conference opponents is even more damning.

2015-2020 against the spread
24-25-1 in conference
8-13-0 out of conference

2021-today against the spread
18-5-2 in conference
5-6-0 out of conference

Nothing to see here, just beating the spread in conference almost 80% of the time since 2021. Still the same team against non-scouted opponents.
