I am disappointed but not surpriaed. I think there is more evidence that the cootdinatirs were aware and i would jave preferred them being susprnded.

I still think the easiest argument for the B1G Ten to win is that Austin Powers was desguised on an opponents sideline during a game. Clear cut in person scouting by a staff member of Michigan State. Michigan should forfiet the MSU game. This would also mean any other loss would push them out ogv the champiinship for sure.

I know the NCAA rarely gvets it right. However, the conference`s letter gives me hope that the NCAA has put a huge target on sCUM`s back.

Is that bad?

Well, we probably won't know until (at least) the middle of next year to see what (if any) penalties the NCAA imposes......

Michigan sign-stealing case put on 'very fast timeline' by NCAA with resolution sought expeditiously

The Michigan sign-stealing investigation has been put on an apparent "very fast timeline" by the NCAA, sources tell CBS Sports. This as Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh has been suspended by the Big Ten for the final three games of the 2023 regular season amid a violation of the conference's sportsmanship policy.

.
"You're half a year away [from the case being resolved]," said Jason Montgomery, a sports law attorney and former NCAA investigator.

I think MBG quality posts here generally include too many in-jokes to be decipherable to outsiders.

Frankly we should have trended on multiple occasions with, ‘Has a team ever won a game only kicking field goals?’ jokes.

We were making memes out of our own board geniuses 19 years ago.

No doubt. The guy that told me about this site warned me to lurk a bit before posting.

Apparently, I did not lurk long enough. As I am now the resident Dildo King of Buckeye Planet.

Welp, it’s not like Michigan didn’t have the opportunity to take action themselves. They chose to let the conference make the responsible decision. Now they try and tell us we didn’t see what we saw. Leaders and best my ass.
From Petiti:

“The Conference has received and reviewed extensive documentation and information during the course of its investigation. This includes the Master Spreadsheet and other documents and information that the NCAA made available to the University and which the Conference now has in its possession, notwithstanding the University’s initial refusal to consent to the Conference obtaining such materials from the NCAA.
They knew.

“And I tell you what, Greeny, and Paul (Finebaum) knows this too; this would never happen in the SEC,” Howard continued. “The SEC Commissioner would never, ever let Vanderbilt and Kentucky and all these other universities say, ‘Hey, you need to punish Nick Saban and Alabama right now. We know they’re on a quest to win the national championship but to hell with that. You need to punish them right now.’ He would kick them out of his office. That would never happen. It’s just a lot of money at stake too, Greeny, you got to understand that. It’s like $6 million per team.”

And yet it says here that the SEC also complained to the NCAA and the Big Ten.
