If Ono takes this into the legal system, doesn't that open up the discovery process for the B1G (and later NCAA) essentially giving them subpoena power? Is Ono aware that a stay is not a finding that tsun is right. It's merely a delay until the legal process concludes. It would be the stupidest thing they could do, and they're going to do it for this guy, a literal cocktail of low IQ, toxic narcissim, Asperger's and CTE.

Lol yes that’s why it’s so hilarious that DFBIA wants to just start suing everyone all Willy nilly. They should totally go for it. Wonder what other bad shit would come out as a result. I bet it’s not nothing.
