Honestly I’m not sure now. With Partridge gone, I’m guessing he wasn’t implicated in anything that can be proven.

Maybe it’s option 3, he saw that the shit was going to hit the fan and he’s proactively distancing himself from the program knowing he’s gone the second he gets another job?

In any case, it sure seems like today is going to be fun.
