Austin Ward dropping some context at 9:25 of the video below. I find Ward informative. He did not grow up a Buckeye fan so he won't Scam Webb you, he used to work at ESPN so he has contacts through out college football and it is said he has the best relationship with Ryan Day of any Buckeye media.

Cliff Notes
- If a hammer is to be dropped this year, it will dropped by the Big 10 (not the NCAA-they will act after a full investigation)
- Good News is right now it's 13 vs 1 in the Big10. The 13 are serious about a level playing field.
- More Good News- Big 10 media partners support action. Turns out their product loses value if the audience thinks its rigged.
- Vegas talking about their own response. No mention of what that is.

Agree. The best we can hope for may be a post season ban.

Don't play the OSU game and it isn't just TV revenue and gambling. It is hotels, restaurants, parking, concessions, etc.

But the B1G championship game and the playoffs are pretty much plug and play. In fact, after last year having two B1G teams may not be the most attractive option for any revenue stream.

Without serious heat from the media there isn't much to motivate imnmediate action - and things are dying down.

We need another shoe.

IF this is true (considering the source it seems more likely than some things we’ve heard)

and IF they find out which game

and IF they find evidence that anyone in TCUN’s athletic department bet coin on the non-B1G in that game

too many ifs, but it is fun to speculate about what that would precipitate

If this is true, there is a coach from Columbus who was at UM, OSU, and ND - that would be interesting but I just have a hard time believing this one? My body is ready. But hard to imagine.

I have no clue who is on Kirby staff but I just don't see it.
