That will work on the DFBIA, but no rational, thinking adult is going to buy it. He isn't paid enough to fund it and he's standing with coordinators during games. He was doing what he was told to do, and the money from came from somewhere. There's a trail, and any auditors worth their salt will find it.

Considering scUM clearly used what was obtained (in a non legal matter according to the NCAA) I don’t think it’s a loop hole. The coaches should know better I don’t see how they can plead ignorance here.

Also considering how all the shit stallions put together was clearly used by the coaches in what world does the “durrrrr rogue staffer we not know what he do” defense work?

Think about it this way. If someone gave you insider trading info and you got caught using it how well would the “uh I had no clue I didn’t obtain the info myself so what did I do wrong?” Defense work?
