I'm not so sure viewership suffers. Controversy creates interest. A huge number of people will likely tune in to see the dirty cheaters get their comeuppance.

Hopefully, in addition to the comeuppance, they will also shutuppance.

Im sure DFBIA is cheering on the possibility that Harbaugh and crew didn’t show up. This isn’t going to sit well with the NCAA at all though. If they were mad before they are really playing with fire here.
