2023-2024 Ohio State Men's Basketball (apathy, depression, hope?)

Now looking at BTT seeding. Clearly rooting against PSU, as them winning can be an obstacle for OSU to have a bye. But first I'm hoping for an IU win vs MSU, which would also put PSU in their place (Wednesday). I think IU winning is probably more likely than Maryland winning at PSU on Senior night. Maybe both will happen. It would really suck for OSU to be playing like a top-4 B1G team and have to win 5 games in 5 days to prevail in Minneapolis.

Kind of a side note but has anyone heard from @Jake recently? Is he going to do the bracket contest or should someone else set one up?

He gave me the reigns to the fantasy baseball league and pretty much said see you around and haven't heard from him since. Says he was last seen Feb 6

He made some subtle comments here and there that made me wonder if he had some health issues. Hope he's okay.

The interesting thing about playing as the 11 seed and playing on Wednesday is it would give Ohio State another shot at a win (vs Michigan) to add to their total and then it would set Ohio State up to avoid Purdue and Illinois until the Semi-finals.

So instead of being a 9 or 10 seed and facing Purdue or Illinois in the quarters (if they won the 1st game)

They would play Nebraska while a decent team they are no where the team Purdue or Illinois is off their home floor.

I would guess Ohio State's chances to beat Purdue or Illinois are far much lower than Nebraska.

And whoever they would play in the 2nd round would be about the same (It be either Michigan State or Iowa if Ohio State ended up as the 11 seed)
