2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar

That game shaved years off my life expectancy. Tim Ream has been a man on a mission, and Zimmerman came on and did everything that was asked of him. Segiño Dest is a star, and I’m ecstatic he plays for a team I root for (AC Milan). Jedi had some heavy touches, but he’ll bounce back. The midfield trio of McKennie, Musah, and the captain Adams is so, so good and Acosta played well once he was subbed on. The winger play from Pulisic and Weah has been phenomenal, and I thought Sargent played his best game for the US. Just so much potential on this roster. Hope Pulisic is ok, but I also hope Gio Reyna is match fit in the event that Pulisic can’t go. Would think Aaronson would get the start, but Reyna would probably be needed as a sub at some point.

I'm not a big soccer fan; however, I did watch the game. I still don't understand what offsides is here, even after reading this this article:

USMNT had critical goal wiped away by a microscopic offside call in World Cup

So I don’t think there’s anything that intimidating about this Netherlands team. Seems like an easier matchup than Belgium 2014. And the Yanks are more talented now.

I’m excited for Saturday morning. And glad I have something to look forward to that day.
Their back 3 are pretty stout. Virgil Van Dyke is fantastic and much larger than our guys on the front. Speed speed speed is how we have to keep playing it.

He was transported to a local hospital as a “precaution,” head coach Gregg Berhalter said, and had felt some “dizziness.” But he was discharged from the hospital not long after midnight, and beat the rest of the players back to the team hotel.

When they arrived, Pulisic welcomed them with hugs and a joyous smile.

Pulisic’s teammates FaceTimed him from their locker room after the 1-0 win, and several said afterward that Pulisic was “OK” and in “good spirits.”

"I know he'll do anything to play in the next game," U.S. captain Tyler Adams said.

Spot on. This team has some talent and the defense is incredible. Incredibly proud of these guys today and quite a hilarious venue to watch it. I was with my mom and grandma, and made them turn it on. They both legit fell asleep about 20 minutes in and got quite the alarm clock on the Pulisic goal lol. For him to get the lone goal and play through the pain was epic. Also glad Saturday and my last day in Ohio won't be a total wash. Let's get one more win boys.
