Cal hasn't been good for a long time - minus a 1 year blip that they were a 4 seed and lost to Hawaii (a 13 seed), they've been awful. They've lost 20+ games every year since 2017.

At this rate they're going to top Oregon State's 3-28 (1-19 in conference) from last season.
