The talent gap is real and it isn't getting any closer. The gap in performance at QB has been a chasm for the past 20 some odd years and it isn't getting any closer either.

When I get ready for bed, I set out some clothes to get up early and go for a run. That run is hours away from me.....so my brain is all about it. Then the alarm hits and it's 6am and I'm in my comfy bed. All of a sudden I'm not so all in anymore. It's easy to "want it" when "it" is so far away you can't see "it".
