I hope he turns out to be a beast there, but the odds aren't in his favor. I don't remember many scUM transfers that have done much. They all seem to be pretty broken.

Just sayin': No surprise, he's just going home. I'm guessing that in reality he picked the city (i.e. location) as opposed to the school. Maybe he chose between UCLA and USC, if USC actually offered.
