But the thing is, it took them 10yrs and 2 different coaches to beat OSU, and If you go back to the Tressel days, we’ve had 3 straight HCs dominate 4 scUM HCs. Hairball had to take a pay decrease and be on the hottest seat of his coaching career in order to beat OSU. He literally couldn’t get an NFL HC position and groveled back to scUM to get his pay cut. Sorry, but this guy doesn’t seem like he’s all of the sudden turned their program around. Not to mention, OSU just got a top 100 commit, and the kid is for depth, not even to come in as a clear starter! Let that sink in. IMO, this loss is no different than OSU’s losses to Purdue and Iowa, we lost due to over confidence and not being prepared. That’s on the coaches, because no way do guys like NPF and Jones who graded as some of the best OTs, forget how to block. The defense played lost and got beat by a simplistic offense.

I've been to Des Moines (around the Iowa State Fairgrounds) once so I can say from personal experience that you're making a bold assumption that Iowa fans make their old lady get the Hawkeye tattoo ABOVE their snatch rather than...well... you know...

Reminds me of the story about the reluctant groom and eager bride.
