2021 College Football Polls

Buckeyes should be no worse than 4th but I could see them jumping UC and Oklahoma over us and start touting "undefeated". I could also see a status quo with no one moving but MSU and everyone else up one.

Shouldn't Minnesota at 6-3 ought to be in there too? Ohio State had to be considered a "quality loss"; however, maybe their losses to BGSU and ILL screwed them.

I’m fine with Minny not in there, they have 2 bad losses. Penn State should be in there however. Right now, the Illini have cost tOSU a pair of wins against ranked opponents.

They'll be no lower than #11 considering Wake, Baylor & Auburn ahead of them all lost. Will probably hop ahead of at least one of Okie State and ND so that seems about right.

I stand corrected. Pretty shocked they only moved A&M up the appropriate 3 spots. Still a few weeks for them to rocket them high though.

That's a "lets give Oklahoma a chance to jump up" ranking.

Which might lead one to believe that Oklahoma would eventually jump ahead of Cincinnati if the cards worked out that way.

I would be shocked if an undefeated OU doesn't make the cut.
Just not sure what the CFP's gambit is here... generate controversy and ratings by starting OU low and jumping them up by Thanksgiving?

OU is probably getting heavily docked on the "eye test" portion of the supposed criteria

Close wins over Tulane, West Virginia & Nebraska. Having to comeback to beat what is a bad Texas team and struggling for most of the game against a terrible Kansas team.

No one outside of UGA has been has really beat everyone as was expected they should, but OU has definitely had the most close calls with teams that they should not. Cincinnati is right there with them though with how theyve looked the last 3 weeks
