Everything in context homes. We were all over Shaw all year and he probably played his best game vs TTUN. I think Cameron Martinez could be the ball hawk back there and either Kourt Williams or maybe Young could be the run support safety if given a chance. I'd still go back to the Defense I put out back in week 4 or so with the personnel and just mix up the looks. Gotta have a DC that's willing to do what is necessary to win the game even if it's not in his comfort zone.

One thing about the 12-team playoff that hasn’t been discussed much is the renewed possibility of a split National Championship. If there was a 12-team playoff this year and a 3-loss Utah got hot and won everything, while Georgia got their only loss in the semifinals in OT, who do you think the AP voters would vote #1?

The more-is-better crowd doesn’t talk about that, which is a serious downside for me.

I honestly think it will depend on the score. Those committee idiots mostly have no idea what they are looking at so pick stats and scores as they decide.

Baylor winning a close, sloppy game is best for OSU.
I’ll take my chances with the CFP picking between Baylor and OSU if the spots open up.
