I think there's a different dynamic in play now. It's clear that the only thing Delany cared about was protecting the Rose Bowl, but Delany is gone, so I don't think it's a given that the Big Ten will bend over again. Also, the UT/OU move seemed to have woken up the rest of college football, and The Alliance is the result of that. Even a conference on the espn plantation was alarmed enough by the SEC's move that they joined the B1G and PAC to form it. The wild card, as I posted elsewhere, are Gene and the other B1G AD's. They've spent their entire careers being corrupted by the bowl committees, so we'll have to wait and see how that plays out.

Yup entire Top 10 is probably all within a TD of each other. Clemson’s offense is broke just like I figured.

As a fan of both OSU and Clemson (don't hate me, all my kids are grads there) I told my son in law that we need to "Frankenstein" the OSU offense with the Clemson Defense to have a chance to beat Bama this year. They are two talented but flawed programs right now .....

It would have to be the Ohio State 2nd half offense. First half offense is gross

Clemson has a completely awful offense but sadly I'd still be surprised if they lose again. The 2 "best" teams left on their schedule are Louisville and Wake Forest (I know Boston College is still unbeaten but Jurkovec is out for the year and they looked bad with the backup QB vs Temple). The ACC is as big of a hot mess as the Pac 12, if not worse. Only hope is Va Tech or UNC getting a lot better before the ACC title game.

I know, right.

Moved down here in 1984. Two grads (my daughters) and a current senior (my son who is a hardcore Bucks fan). It's always been challenging rooting for both programs. My son and I attended the 2013 game together. Had seats right behind the OSU bench. That one sucked watching us totally unable to stop Boyd playing pitch and catch with Watkins. The 2016 game also sucked but I had to just tip my cap to Clemson. The 2019 game changed everything. I'm still not over it. That coupled with Dabo morphing into an insufferable asshole over the last five years has made it really hard ....

I really hope we can continue to play these guys in the post-season so that we can even out the series. Dabo needs to get knocked down a peg or two/ twenty ....
