2021-2022 Ohio State Men's Basketball

I don't want to call tonight's game vs Bowling Green as "must win", but the next games are @Xavier, Seton Hall, Florida or Cal, then Duke. I don't know much about those teams, but I imagine they could lose all 4 of those.

You would be the only one on the planet not shocked by this team going 28-3. I wouldn't be shocked if they lose to Bowling Green tonight.

Bowling Green is probably about on the same level as Akron, they were picked 5th and 6th in the MAC preseason.

Bowling Green did lose to Western Caroline to start their season though. So it would be a huge kick in the balls to lose to them

Cal is terrible, probably a bottom 3 power conference team

Xavier and Seton Hall are both about average teams, not great but not bad. Florida going into the season looks to be about on the same as those 2 as well.

Duke of course has elite talent as always. They are by far the best team of that bunch

Well, that is certainly comforting, but I'm just not impressed with this team. Hope they get it going.

In other numbers related men’s basketball content, according to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Buckeyes currently have the fourth best odds to win the Big Ten conference title this season. At +750, that means that if you were to put down $100 on OSU to win the B1G crown and they didn’t in fact win the title, you would win $750 (for a $650 profit).

OSU trails only Purdue (+240), Michigan (+250), and Illinois (+550) in the conference odds. The completely rebuilt Minnesota Golden Gophers are bringing up the Big Ten rear with +30,000 odds. Not a bad payday for a $100 flyer!
