Maybe by "loaded" the author was talking about being drunk or something, I don't know.
When I originally read it, I took "loaded" as a reference to Harbaugh's diapers, but I might have been channeling Joe Pa.

Don’t forget that thanks to mass attrition from the 2017 class and a 2018 class that flat out sucked, they’re relying on a bunch of middling guys in their second year in the program from the 2019 class to carry their team to glory.
On top of everything else, their talent is getting worse, not better.
Their faculty for self delusion knows no bounds. No matter how many years I see it play out, it never fails to leave me amazed.
The RB room is “loaded,” too, apparently. You know, all those studs like Charbonnet and Haskins. They’re awesome.
They should just end all their preseason articles and posts with "Yoikes and away!" at this point
So the offense loses the QB and 4/5 of the OL but will get better.
The defense which loses a handful of it's better players, is still woefully undersized on the interior, and has no depth is going to get better.
Yet, somehow, they have convinced themselves that 11-0 headed into Columbus is a reasonable outcome.
