When the Harbaugh experiment ends, wherever it may be. I'd look for scUMs coaching search to go similar to how Auburns is currently going
You've got a fanbase with unrealistic expectations + A rival who is miles ahead of them who said unrealistic fans expect to compete on the same level with. Even if you perform at their usual average level you are quickly going to be ran off (no way the next guy is getting as much leeway as Harbaugh)

scUM is the worst head coaching job in the country, and I'm not joking one bit. Unrealistic fans, no local recruiting base, same division as Ohio State, xenophobic administration and donors who want only Michigan Men, hot shot hire Rich Rod was given just three years, savior Harbaugh failed miserably ... and most importantly, the horrible culture of arrogance and entitlement that pervades every aspect of that program. And one other small factor - the cupboard really is bare, and it will take the new guy at least three years just to get them back to 10-3 range.
scUM is toxic. They will have to go way down their list and hope to get uber-lucky with some relative no-name like Tressel.
