To be fair, "Football Is Back" would probably put up more fight than at least 70 percent of the actual Big Ten Conference. Maybe this would be a strength of schedule boost.

If Rutgers kept this vote from passing by even 15 seconds, the scoreboard in Ohio Stadium may light up to quadruple digits. We're talking a thousand points, folks.

A game hasn’t been played yet ..this is a conference that called the season 5 days after releasing the schedule. You might want to wait till a game is played before waving the white flag.

There are plenty of people who were mocking the optimists for being gullible a few days ago; most of them haven't (and shouldn't have) posted a mea culpa. There's still a long way to go before game one.
I'll remain optimistic, for now. That doesn't mean that I will be surprised if chicken little freaks out again.

Yep. And even if the conference gets through the first half or so of the season without incident that still doesn't mean one big outbreak at one the schools won't cause the B1G to shit their pants and shut the season down or at least cancel a couple weeks worth of games.

This is the sort of shit that causes you to vacate/forfeit games, championships, trophies, etc., and gets you banned from post-season play. If you're good enough, you don't have to resort to cheating.
