In a totally meaningless and stupid observation:

All three of Ohio State's non-conference opponents are in bowl games. 2 have won theirs in convincing fashion and the other is yet to play.

This game has included a correctly called and confirmed targeting call, and just had replay correctly reverse a fumble recovered by Ohio, when it was caused by the ground.

Sometimes replay can work.

That's not a rule, even though announcers for years have been saying it.

That was a fumble because only his hands touched the ground before he lost it. Guys have to be careful when putting down the hand with the ball for balance. That's at least the third time this season I've seen the ground cause a fumble in college football, one was with Jalen Hurts.
