2019-20 Bowl games (non-CFP) thread

No way is that a fumble. Literally the definition of ground causing the ball to come out.

Guess I’m wrong.
That's not a rule, even though announcers for years have been saying it.

That was a fumble because only his hands touched the ground before he lost it. Guys have to be careful when putting down the hand with the ball for balance. That's at least the third time this season I've seen the ground cause a fumble in college football, one was with Jalen Hurts.
