Bill Lucas
Assistant Coach
A lot of people believe Clemson has the best defensive line. I'm not one of them but they can certainly make a case for it.

And that same "cute" offense ran all over you at your house.Does he bring a strongly worded memo to Lincoln suggesting that "hey, maybe we should feed our tailbacks when they're dominating?"
Or will they stick with the cute Riley offense that cost you a NC? You know the one.
We held UGA to a FG in OT and will head to the NC if we get a TD. Anderson just picked up more quality yardage on a 1st down carry. They'll be expecting us to keep riding him, so let's never hand him the ball again!
- Jet sweep to WR
- jet sweep to TE, which ended predictably
- whoops, guess we'll settle for the FG
- OMG two QBs, the defense will lose their mind. Except we didn't do anything clever, we just ran a simple speed option with a 170 lb pitch back that wasn't about to lower his shoulder.
- Now we're behind the downs, I know, let's dump it off to Anderson 3 yds behind the LOS against Roquan. That will end well.
- Now we're even further behind the sticks, so I guess we'll run yet another play behind the LOS, so that when Brown dances his way for 8 yds after the catch, he's still 5 yards short.
- Another FG.
- and UGA waltzes in for the win
when you have no rebuttal, it's always best to troll the home team against the rules. And that same "cute" offense ran all over you at your house.
we are quite familiar with explosive offenses that lose a championship berth because they get cute and forget to give it to the tailback. How many times do you see an offense that averages over 8 yards per play? I mean really.

3 Wisconsin
7 PedSt
9 OSU
11 MSU
15 Michigan
I have some concerns.
3 is way too high for a team led by Hornibrook. Wisconsin has been consistently very good; but nowhere near sniffing elite. Elite defenses won't respect Horn and therefore neutralize/limit Taylor's damage.
I feel like 7 is a similar story. Barkley is gone, I expect McSorely to have some struggles now that defenses don't have to account for him. Sanders won't fill those shoes... a lot will hang on Slade to be Barkley 2.0 right out the gate.
Michigan has no QB. Nor a RB worth mentioning.
I'll take 9.
11 with room to improve seems about right for Sparty with all that returning talent.
Rodney Anderson going for 201 yards on 26 carries against Jawja??? OU certainly didn't forget.we are quite familiar with explosive offenses that lose a championship berth because they get cute and forget to give it to the tailback.
Man, I was pulling for the Falcons to beat the Patriots a couple years ago in the Super Bowl.Listen here mf'er. Nobody talks about my Atlanta Falcons like that...
