Easy for me to say. Maybe a new QB makes it 31-10. It really wouldn't have mattered. I'm not sure what the point of digging up a blowout loss from last year is. Tressel should've pulled Troy in '06. That might've made a difference.

I only brought it up because I suggested putting in Burrow for a series last year, after it was clear JT was off his game, and I got my head bitten off. Stubbornly sticking with the 'conventional wisdom' got us 31-0. The exact opposite of what happened today. I may hate Saban, but damn do I respect him. He plays to win.

That is exactly why they damn near lost. Fromm threw it 26 times the first half. UGa sat on the ball and went nowhere. He only threw it 6 times the second half.

Why not? OSU was only down 17-0 at the half. Bama was down 13-0.

IMO because OSU's offense had a foundation that was built on sand. They had no idea who they were. This year's Bama team does, and they have 3 stud RBs and a stud WR to work with.
