Bucks actually won this game with their FT shooting...so that's nice for a change. Ain't gonna mark UCLA down as a sure loss, just yet...that's a Steve Alford coached team. But they're gonna have to play their best game of the year. Wanna prove this ain't a dying program? Start there.

DVRed the game tonight and watched it uninterrupted after seeing some of the comments here.
I think the Buckeyes played very well, actually. Plenty of effort. The small margin of victory against a mediocre UConn team is primarily due to the fact they were unconscious from 3 and we couldn't hit the ocean from the beach. But no bonehead plays by Lyle and Thompson showing what he can do when he's the primary center were the keys.
Great to see KBD back, too. What a great shot-blocking "small" forward! He'll be critically important to Ohio State's getting to the Dance.

Its going to take a great defensive effort to hang with UCLA, they can score in loads. Good to beat Uconn even though theyre down.

I would be surprised if the Buckeyes don't look good against UCLA. UCLA wins by shooting 56% from the field and 47% from three. That's ridiculous. They gave up 53 in the first half to TTUN, and the skunk-weasels ended up 14-26 from three. UCLA wins by outscoring their opponents, period. Should be a good game for Lyle, KBD, and Kam to get their three-point touch back. This one should end up like 100-90 in favor of the Bruins. The over-under on the game last night was 150.5, and it ended at 186!
