It'd be interesting to see what happened w/o Cooper.
Alabama has an outstanding corps, but Sims always seems to default to Cooper like a crutch. If his first read isn't open, everyone knows where it's going... which is why I still think he (Sims) is the weakest link.

I think our weakest link is OL run blocking and FG kicking. When we need two yards up the gut and folks stack the line.....our backs HAVE to make the play, because the OL has gotten whipped a few times. I think our DB's will surprise a few folks.

That's a major stretch, and quite frankly not true. But I'll give you a pass because you don't know our team that well. Our backup is a very talented freshman (Curtis Samuel) who if needed to start would do very well. If our RB situation was like FSU where they were forced to start their stud freshman RB, I think he would have similar results. In fact if I'm not mistaken Bama recruited him last year as well. I think they were looking at him for a safety though, not at RB.
