That's literally been their MO for a decade. I don't know how Georgia could fuck up this badly this year though. Even without Chubb they should be able to run the ball at will with their loaded backfield. I shudder to think what a competent coach could do at that university.
I don't agree they had a loaded backfield. They were an extremely one dimensional team. That one dimension was taken away.

If the Playoff model as it is running today was put into action 15 years ago I wonder how the SEC would be viewed and how many National Championships they would have..... I am guessing alot worse....
Ummmm, no. If the playoff model had been expanded to 8 teams at four sites, one in Chicago, one in NYC, one in the South and one in SF and if Southern teams had been forced to play out of their region as all Big 10 teams must... then I'm guessing the situation might have been different, but someone besides Ohio State was going to have to beat LSU and Florida.
