I think being blessed by the harbaugh is necessary too. Tsun will be playing stanford football next season.Meh, Stanford Football™ is for PAC teams that only recently discovered the power of Defense.
Lucky bastard. Anyone know if there will be a way for those of us stuck in the south w/o btn to watch?CELEBRATION FIELD-LEVEL TICKETS!
Except that team would have demolished Michigan the second time around - Dotson's hand would have healed - of course if Chris Leak plays a typical Chris Leak game, if Ginn doesn't sprain his ankle, if Troy plays his typical game, the score does not turn out to be 41 - 14. Ifs, ands and buts...I would rather have lost to florida 41-14 than require our guys to share a field with scum again. They have to endure that stink once a year, isn't that enough?

couldn't think of a good thread to put this but I didn't want to start a new one.....
My 4 year old son came in my bed last night at 3 am. To preface this story, he is constantly coming in my bed in the night and making lame excuses to try and sleep with me. There is the "my foot hurts", "I'm cold", "I mis you".
Last night he comes in and says the following:
Son: "Dad, I had a nightmare. I need to sleep in your bed."
Me: "what's wrong buddy? What happened?"
Son: "I'm just really scared, I had a dream that I liked Michigan"
Me: "jump in boy and lets go to sleep"
It's ALWAYS a good time to be a Buckeye. Up or down, win or lose, always a proud Buckeye. Having a great team and an awesome coach and winning the championship does make it a little more fun, though....Those teams haven't existed for 45 and 8 years respectively. I can't remember a better time to be a Buckeye than now!
You mean the ESPiN Football Power Index which shows tOSU ranked 3rd after the National Championship Game? That ranking sure lends a lot of credibility to their predictor model.I find myself still clicking through to the polls and power ratings. I just want to see it again.
Probably because they hadn't updated the Power Rankings. Their final rankings have Ohio State as unanimous #1.You mean the ESPiN Football Power Index which shows tOSU ranked 3rd after the National Championship Game? That ranking sure lends a lot of credibility to their predictor model.
They have a CFP Ranking and a FPI Ranking. Both have been updated and the FPI has tOSU 3rd.Probably because they hadn't updated the Power Rankings. Their final rankings have Ohio State as unanimous #1.

It's a mathematical predictor. It says, "The Football Power Index (FPI) is a measure of team strength that is meant to be the best predictor of a team's performance going forward for the rest of the season." Its obvious flaw is that it doesn't have the human common-sense element. It's not a poll, so its essentially meaningless...They have a CFP Ranking and a FPI Ranking. Since that ranking has Oregon 13-2, Bama 12-2, and tOSU 14-1 I assume its updated.
And hence my original statement of, "That ranking sure lends a lot of credibility to their predictor model." No where did I describe it as a poll. But thank you for correcting me.It's a mathematical predictor.
